A lot of the time, well-meaning, ethical, open-minded foodies just don't know what to cook, or their partners/families have culturally-ingrained ideas that it's not a meal without meat.
I won't be full. I'm not a rabbit.
Vegetarian food is boring.
This project is creating 52 veggie dinners that are full of flavour, colour, texture & nutrients...
one a week for a year.
All recipes take around 1 hour and are accompanied with 'real' pictures from our cooking classes so you can see what your meals will actually look like, not compare yours with a curated picture of online perfection.
