About the event
A spicy, tagine with tangy fruit and a rich sauce.
Basic ingredients (4 people)
Handful dried apricots/raisins/dried prunes
150g red dried lentils
1 brown onion
Punnet of cherry tomatoes
1 can chopped tomatoes
2 small courgettes
1 butternut squash
Spices: 4 cloves of garlic (or cheat), fresh/dried chilli, cumin, coriander, smokey paprika, cinnamon, turmeric, small bunch fresh mint/parsley
Luxury ingredients (optional)
Harissa paste (you can find in normal supermarkets)
This is a social cooking class so is limited to 10 people so that it can be interactive.
