About the event

A rich 3-bean chilli on a bed of cheesy tortillas with oven baked garlic corn on the cobs.

BASIC INGREDIENTS (4 PEOPLE)

Bag of tortilla crisps (triangle, plain)

1 red/brown onion

1 medium red/orange pepper 

1 corn on cob per person

1 lime

Mix of any 3 cans: kidney beans/chickpeas/black-eyed peas/cannellini/butterbeans/black beans

2 x cans tomatoes (nice ones if you can afford)

1-2 avocadoes

Cheddar cheese (or other meltable) - lots!

Herbs & spices: Knorr stock pot/oxo cube, small bunch of fresh coriander, smokey paprika, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, 5 cloves of garlic (or jarred)

LUXURY INGREDIENTS (OPTIONAL)

Punnet of mushrooms (any)

Tomato puree

Sour cream/plain yoghurt

Marmite

Butter
